No need to pay for music. Just download your music free in computer or laptop and copy them to your micro SD card. Everything is easy if you have android phone not iPhone.

I listed to FM radio. If there is a great DJ on, they can put a great selection of music together.

Is music streaming eco-friendly. Does it download the song everytime?

          "But Spotify is free !

          Long live Spotify !"

It's free version is almost unusable. Unless you like every song there is and don't mind not being able to skip songs you hate.

Yu... moreActually, soundcloud streams mp3 at 128Kbps :/ If anyone is interested in real high quality streaming you should check out Tidal. Not cheap but believe me that you will be able to notice the difference, not only in the sound but on how much you enjoy music, they have a 1 month trial :D

I've actually switched back completely to buying downloads as there often are really good launch discounts on new albums. :P

I thank and subscribe to Spotify for having rare european power metal songs, which I won't have any chance to get the physical version anyhow.

r33fd, 21 Sep 2018But Spotify is free ! Long live Spotify !Well, both are great but I prefer SoundCloud because I'm an EDM lover. :D

Not for all genres and for lossless music. Can imagine it being why its popular with so many iphones with limited memory or without jack.

                          vinyl are novelty
they are going to keep increasing
                          its a good thing

Never understand people who streams everything? What is the point to stream if you can't own it. Lets say I get digital download and I could listen to it even after 20 years or just burn it into CD and listen even after many years later, what about streaming? Services will change you need accounts constant connection and at the end you not guarantee to have it, cause you not own it. And later people buy vintage records for absorbite prices from people like me, cause they never think ahead, lol:)))

It feels just yesterday that they went chasing after Napster and multiple users to court.
I don't even know that digital downloads are on their way out.

                                        I know why.
Everytime I want to buy some CDs there are no records shops in high street anymore, simple don’t exist.
You can only order it via online.
Many supermarkets are selling CDs these days but they are only selling new musics.
We just don’t have a choice anymore but to stream nowadays.
