If you travel to places where one network has better coverage and data speeds than another, or if you travel internationally, dual sim matters - a lot! And even if you don't travel at all! Network outages can happen causing poor mobile data speeds. In these cases, dual sim is very handy!
And micro sd card storage? If you ever take 4K 60fps videos during travel, family, social and special memorable occasions, you will know that a one minute footage of the highest quality setting 4K 60fps video consumes 2GB! And they look absolutely marvelous when viewed on a 65" 4K UHD tv! It's like reliving the moments; moments that may never come again - in glorious 4K UHD resolution! It's something you will regret later on if you chose to record in lower quality video or lower quality resolutions instead just because your phone doesn't have enough storage! Now you know!

I beg to disagree. The Pixel 3 XL,
IS NOT,
WAS NOT,
and WILL NEVER BE a big deal.
It will have the same MISERABLE sales figures like all the previous Pixel phones by Google because it's utterly BORING with nothing unique to offer and worse, lacks the FEATURES that are considered essential to an android phone's versatility, usability, flexibility and longevity.
The Pixel 3 XL is nothing but a trying hard iPhone copycat that prioritizes prestige marketing and prestige pricing over real substance and real user needs.
Insanity is doing the same thing [same feature set (or lack thereof)] over and over again and expecting different results [poor sales figures] every time.

Ok, I appreciate that Google trying hard to do something different from the masses which are all iPhone-be like, but sorry that notch is orrendous it's like someone punched in the middle of the face and no matter if you can black it out with software it still a big portion of screen. If you like its ok, but please don't try to tell me that is a feature because you're insulting my intelligence.

And since phones are getting bigger - sooner or later even ones like Samsung and Sony will implement this, and fanboys will make peace with it.

It's not just the "bad" notch as notches go, its the ridiculous 2015 chin and top. It looks way out of step with 2018 phones. I can't get past that no matter how good the camera is.
