Chiming in super late here but... couple of comments:
"next track is down on the right control, but on the left control down is volume down"
This actually makes sense because:
1) If you're looking at the left side of the neckband head-on, "down" is left, "up" is right. So, slider left decreases volume, slider right increases it, just like any sideways volume control.
2) If you're looking at the right side of the neckband head-on, "down" is right, "up" is left. Again, previous track is slider left, and next track is slider right, just like any other sideways transport control.
TL;DR: Think of what the controls look like if you're looking at them and what's left and what's right, rather than what's up and what's down.
Kudos to LG for continuing to include SEPARATE track and volume controls. Holding "volume down" for the better part of eternity or hextuple tapping the multi-dysfunction button just to skip back is no way to go through life.
Razor: LDAC supports up to 990kbps, AptX up to 352 kbps for 44.1khz content. Since uncompressed CD quality audio is 1,411.2kbps (16 bits per channel * 44,100 khz sampling rate * 2 channels), a 30% compression ratio is pretty close to that of lossless FLAC compression, and if you can tell the difference between the original CD and a good 320K VBR MP3, not to mention more advanced codecs at 300+ kbps bitrate, you must be pretty young with exceptional ear for music. :)
THAT said, the venerable HBS-1100 had buttons to retract the earbuds and AptX and AptX HD support. The HBS-1120 / 1125 are a step backwards. Y u do dis, LG??

The last Platinum model lasted me 2 years and i work in consrtuction. It does have multipoint he just does not know how to use it.

$200 for a LG earbud? Ha ha haa.. I can't stop laughing! Great job on price tag LG. Xiaomi/Huawei can make these WITH better quality for $50 or less! Even SONY would not dare putting that price tag for these! Ridiculous!!

These cables seem ridiculously thin :D I wonder how fast will they tear. Month? Two? I'd expect something more from this.

However just 12 of SOT (sou... more24 hours of play time (music or voice calls) are usually manageable with full-size over-the-ear wireless Bluetooth headphones (you know, the rather huge sets of cans that can make someone look a little silly when worn out in public), as they have the space in the speaker housing to accommodate a large enough battery (or two) to enable them to last that long, and sometimes much longer. IEMs (In-Ear-Monitors), such as these reviewed here, don't have the luxury of such a large housing to accommodate such a huge battery, and as such, are usually limited to around 12 hours of play time, with around 6-8 hours being the average.
I'd love for you to provide a list of IEMs similar in size and style of this pair in this review that can provide 24 hours of music/voice playtime, as I would be really interested to know, as no doubt others would too.

Hm~ I do like the sleek design! However just 12 of SOT (sound on time) is rather disappointinting for this. I found some headsets that can do with ease 24h of SoT.
