Galaxy S10 model numbers revealed, three versions coming

21 September 2018
Two of them will have 5.8" displays, while the other one will go with a 6.44" panel.

Its like someone at samsung heard my prayers to release a S model with a normal flat screen and none of that edge bullshit, man they better keep the jack for the s10 and they can do w/e for the next generation ones.

LOL, 22 Sep 2018No manufacturer has done triple cameras right yet. Shoul... moreAnd the setup should be:

    Wide
    -41MP 25mm 1/1.5" f/1.8 lens + OIS, 1.25um pixels

    Super Wide
    -12MP 15mm 1/2" f/1.8 lens, 1.12um pixels

    Telephoto
    -16MP 75mm 3x optical zoom, 1/2" f/2.2 lens + OIS, 1.25um pixels

When shooting at night, the main sensor relies to pixel binning that reduces down to 12MP for 3x better light sensitivity. Add HDR+ processing and we're certainly in for some incredible shooter.

It would be cool if those rumours that they are gonna merge the S and Note series come true.

We should be in for something special with the Galaxy S10 but none of these leaks are anything to get excited about. Its early watch this space who knows.

Unfortunately, the mini and standard doesn't have that.

It's because the cheap Chinese phones are stealing away the more budget conscious customers, so both Apple and Samsung are putting out something which appeals to them.

It's silly to me that 'curved screen' is associated with 'premium'. Samsung made a big deal about it when the Galaxy Edge was first introduced. I think it just makes the phone more slippery to hold.

Only single rear camera for the flat screen version? Are there serious?
I am waiting for a compact, flat screen phone with best possible cammera technology up to date ...

If the flat screen S10 becomes a reality, time for S7 users to rejoice for a long due successor. Loved the S7 form factor but 32 GB limitation and hybrid slot meant it made way for S8. A really good phone but that curved screen is more annoying than useful. Fingerprint sensor location was a nightmare and updates were very less frequent. S9 reduced the annoyances a bit but battery and heating with Exynos put me off and that curved screen hatred only grew. Using LG G7+ and waiting for a proper flat screen Samsung which has good balance of specs, size and battery life. S10 got me excited now.

                                    It kills their bottom line.

I still miss never ever having to charge my phone (pop a new battery and voila 100%).

But what can you do. That is what cartels do. Often decide against the best interests of the user.
