So, you're at risk getting slapped with a massive import tax on these as they don't even disclose where they come from. Most likely China or some other east asian country.

Well I went with the S8+ instead of the Note 8 simply because I don't use the spen, also it's a pain in the azz to use it with only one hand.
But everyone has different needs and likes I guess.

Apple fans are jealous, even a Galaxy S10 in August will be 100 euro under the price of low-end iphone Xr, you cant sell 11 months old phone for the same price as it was on release date as there are plenty of new models with better specs ... anyway I am going to wait for Black Friday sale, the price of N10 is still too high

Battery is a lot better but if you buy brand new Note 8 your battery will be good enough.
S-Pen is funny thing if you can use it othervise is a waste of money for a gadget phone.
Just to look awesome on streets.
For that a pocophone is a lot better option or Huawei Honor Note 10 with 5000 mAh.

Add the newer processor, and you have a device that will still be good in 2yrs. The Note8 will fare less well, particularly the battery. In 2yrs, worst case scenario, the Note 9 will still have a potentially better battery life than a brand new S8. That would do me.

When you shelling so much money, better shell a 100$ more for a genuine product directly from the company, with manufacturer's warranty.

First the sellers name in never mrsp so his name is an advert
Second at the time my post the seller has sold 442 Galaxy Note 9 that being 92% of the Note 9 ge has to sell, Maths 485 stock therefore he only has 43 left
I assume he has some sort of contract with Samsung to buy these 485 devices
It could be that Samsung has a limit on the amount "small" seller can buy direct so nit as to upset high volume aka Networks or the 485 stock purchase was the maximum he could afford at the time
The price has not gone down generally but clearly the seller has chose not to maximize his profit by selling at MRSP
The seller is still making a profit, it it those people who did not want to wait and have obtained a 17% saving now
Competition drives prices down so counter that to Apple iphone you won't see a $830 iPhone XS.
Caveat Emptor this is not a recommendation to buy but to give analysis that you won't Imo get this price in the high street if ever.

Yes, few days ago saw brand new Note9 EU version on Spain ebay for 699eur, now you can buy for 719eur from France. Official prices should drop quick.

No interest. I still have a Gear VR and the experience on it is a joke.
Only Pixels for me with the occasional iPhone for now on. Pick the makers of the software.

Well guess what GSMA before you talk about the XZ3 know that Amazon offered the XZ3 more than ebay is offering even with a low price for just a 128 GB.
The Amazon offered a wireless headset and a wireless charger which will make the XZ3 look like its $500 with all the goodies it has

The initial effective price of Note 9 was as same as this but with Pre Order offers... Like 6K INR Cash Back and 4999/- for Gear Sports...
Why to reduce the prices within a month? Lauch the Phone with the same Price Tag, So that more people can and will buy it from the day one itself...
