Have you ever felt trivial issues like screen quality with any iphone ever? (if you have bought one ofcourse)

It’s just going to be downscaled to the screen resolution like in every previous iphone. And like all devices which can play 4k but downscale to their native resolution.

You must be silly to buy the note over the s9+ considering the price difference.
The iphone is a superior device in all aspects! Performance, battery, build quality (check jerryrig’s drop test), waterproofing (ifixit beer test), camera and screen are on par (not going to nitpick that displaymate rated the iphone higher, or that all reviews suggest that the iphone has a better camera-for me it’s a draw), support, resale value. For about the same price you are better off with the iphone xs max! You can sell it next year and get the new note 10. Used iphone x sell for 800$.
If I had 1000 I would get the iphone. If not I would get the s9+ over the note 9 for sure. Same phone but cheaper.

Don't get your hopes up because the said budget phone is still pricey.
It's better to get any of the older ones because their price somewhat went down.

I really was considering this in red and the silver XS until I remembered how much I don’t really like iOS. The SE is still the best iPhone ever made. Small, headphone jack, metal back, and cheap to get. Something these new iPhones all lack.
$749 is still no bargain. I honestly wouldn't pay over $200 for any iOS device. There is still so many things I can't stand with Apple's close-minded EGOsystem. My options are really between a Pixel or Sony. Android is more for my taste. Happy 10 years.

Seriously the Note 9 is the worst device for the money right now. That's why it had it's price dropped by 25% after a month. No one buys it. It will worth $350 second hand next year. About the same as a used iPhone 7 plus which can record 4K video for hours lol not 5 minutes. What a joke of a device.

I, or a fact can say that i have a phone that costs less than half of all of your phones and still beats it in battery life and performance.
