The square arrangement is similar to that of the Huawei Mate 20 (aside from the extra camera, of course).

Wow Lienovo teasing again. I can imagine it, 16 Mp f2.0 main shotter, 8 Mp f2.4 Portrait mode as in the Z5, new 5Mp depth camera, and the last camera is rumored to be decorative, but it could be a 1.2x telephoto with 2x digital zoom acording other sources. ^^
