I shoot with my iPad Pro. Good results with 10.5 inch viewfinder. 4x3, and panoramas look good.
Has iPhone 7 camera. Maybe the new models will have more and better cameras.
Ideal for some people might be an iPad mini with multiple cameras and its’ viewfinder.

Sorry people love tablets. Gsmarena readers are most of always wrong on their opinions. Reality disagrees. Even your phone is probably a tablet a this point (above 6inches)

The strategy for Apple is PROFIT not units sold. Expect Apple to continue to price much higher in future because they sure know they cannot attract new customers in most part of the world as One Plus and ilk brands started disrupting the market by offering much higher value proposition devices.

Today's very large phones makes owning a tablet pointless!
Small laptops, Lenovo Yoga C930..., will make tablets totally obsolete!

I dont like, dislike and hate this brand for many certain reasons and more than a 50% android users will follow.
Even Huawei is making fun of apple and they are right.
Since Jobs is no more this brand is just for fun because Jobs left it to incompete people which ahve no idea how to run a company.

What kind of logic is that !?
By thinking so, they could say that there is place for mobile too, Apple just need to convince people that they actually MUST have 2 of those, all the time.

They do so for years.
It is the most popular form factor, so much so that even phones turn into tables lately (and eventually they will once they become foldable).

Tablets are alternative to laptop; suitable for kids n youngsters...well adults may use surface tabs n laptops since productivity apps are not yet fully outgrown on Android/iOS market. Nowdays, phones beat tabs anyday...esp when it comes to resolution. you get everything on a smaller display with comparatively better resolution.
There's more demand now for dual rear camera, thats why people wont switch to newer tabs for years n years.

Google killed android tablets so that to revert to the horrible netbooks. Thankfully none fell for that, only the American educational system did, bit that's only because it is in collusion with Google. Chromebooks were a giant failure, same with 2in1s , nobody wants or likes that form factor.
Everybody loves iPads though. For 8 years their revenue are constant fly risisn and for a reason. It is the best home device one can have. It is the ideal form factor. Closer to 1lbrs, can be used for light work lasts for several days, the best device for reading and media viewing ever devices... Etc.
Nothing touches it. Google has bad taste, they could take over the tablet socase as well. In fact they were en route. Then removed all tablet features on android 4.4 and then killed it altogether, all because they thought the past ... Is the future. Nobody likes their netbooks, they are dying, they are a giant black hole in their portfolio and in the meanwhile they killed the second biggest market after smartphone.
Tablets are here to stay. In fact they would become ubuiquitus. It's by far the best form factor ever devised by human. There is a reason why both ancient tablets and books mimic this factor. It's so perfectly placed for two handed use.
It is so perfect that phones already turned themselves into mini tablets. And eventually phone will go away altogether. Everybody will have a tablet which would fold into a phone. Only the "genius" in google couldn't see that such a timeless design has a future. In fact the only form factor that would survive.
Apple on the other hand is left alone and it is killing it in revenues. Apple basically has mini tablets (I phones) and full tablets (iPads). Those two are like 90% of their business.
Tablets! Not computers, not phones. Tablets!
