Anonymous, 09 Oct 2018I don't find them overpriced, honestly. Man if your salary is 2500 plus in euros its bargain for you.
In ym country with minimum wages of 420 per month from which about 50% going to bills like living water, gas electricity is a very overpriced.
Most people here in Slovakia earn about 600 euros.

            Here are some examples below :
            - Google is company, that is helping its consumers, but Apple is company, that is robbing its consumers.
            - Apple is preventing you from repairing their devices, while Pixel 2 is most repairable phone (jerryrigeverything).
            - Google has open-source software and cross-platform compatibility, while Apple has its own locked ecosystem.
            - Pixel is much cheaper that iPhone.

Do not be too loyal to a brand to donate them extra money. As a consumer we should not think about how a company is going to make money. Google is a far too big of a company to need our charity. They are just overcharging for their products, it is simple as that.

But from the other side, Google offers many of its services for free (Maps, Translate, Play store, Android Open Source Project, Youtube, Google Assistant, Chrome). They are developing advanced software and AI. They need income to support these developments, and money is coming from advertisements, electronic devices and premium services.

                That is nice company. They support even Apple's and Microsoft's hardware/software.

                    Not at all crazy about the Price of the 128GB Pixel 3 non-XL option.
                    it literally costs the same as 2 128GB S9's :| and the S9 has better hardware!
                    Why does Google Charge so much for their phones with year old specs?
                    I miss the Nexus days and "No" the AndroidOne program is not the same as its updated by the OEM instead of google!!!

                          So all that hussle for an overpriced tablet even more overpriced stand and something like bloatware app and all of them are available just for 3 countries?
                          Well no thanks thus to my honorable results from what i read.

                            What about Google Home Hub's battery? Does it has one?
                            What if you move it inside house (living room, kitchen, bedroom)? Will you have to wait to bootup and connect again? It probably isn't portable.

                            What about other specs (Connectivity, OS, SoC)?

                            It is very useful and feature-rich device. I am waiting to buy one.
