I don't think they will sell it 690€.

            The A7 turns around 350€, the A9 should cost 450, max 500€.

We can expect a launch price of 550€, 600€ for some shops who're looking for more profits... But really not more: Galaxy A is mid-range so the price has to be a mid-range one too.

For that price, I´d get easily the S8, maybe the S9 too.

No ip whatsoever? Must be a 100$ phone then.

Samsung doing this on a mid range phone is a kick in the face to other phone companies. When they drop the S10 and Note10 it will certainly be a head turner.

And cameras are way behind phones on image processing, for example combining multiple low-light shots into one like Pixel, Note or iPhone. Even people on DPReview will agree that Canon, Sony etc need to do more with software. Each of them should be as good as possible, phones for everyday use and cameras for zoom and pro usage.

Joke aside, smartphones are getting better these days that you don't really need to have a separate camera to capture memories.

I'm sure the p30 if it has a quad cam will be much better than this phone in every way possible.
