[deleted post]There is an MPM M1 version with 128GB of storage (4GB of RAM) launched in Russia,
other Specs as usual, not even the better cameras are present there.
The Specs on Boulanger's page are fully from ROG Phone . . .
even the dimensions and weight!
I think they prepairing this page for the launch of ROG Phone,
but not with that price . . .
or
new version of MPM1 w/ 128GB will coming to France as well,
but not with the Specs of ROG Phone!
Max Pro M2 coming to Europe only later, it takes time . . .
and will have a 6,3 innch display . . . fot sure! ;)

A great way to kill the product. After long delay of Zenfone 5/5Z, very limited availability in the market results in price inflation, they announced the new device.

this year asus launched handsets at an aggressive pricing in india.if they launch zenfone max pro 2, then i think its too early. they shud have launch next year. one handset in midrange segment and another in flagship specs at reasonable price like 5z in this year. if they concentrate on these i.e. 2-3 handsets in a year, that wud be better. take example moto launched too many handsets in 2017 and a vanished in 2018. xiaomi launching too many handsets confusing the people which to buy. so asus pls launch 2-3 handsets in a year and concentrate on them.thts my suggestion asus

Last year, Asus released the Zenfone 4 with SD 660 variant that has 4/6 gigs of ram.
It was a surprise why Asus rushed the zenfone 5 release.
A zenfone 5 with SD 670/710 and 6 gigs would sit comfortably between the 5/5z same as last year's SD 660 variant.
I almost bought the latter when the 5 line came up and I'm waiting for an upper midrange version now :)

It could be the Zenfone Max Pro M2. With all brands having already released a mid-range bezel-less(read notch) phones, Asus might want a piece of that market share. Might have SD660 or suprisingly SD710, same beefier 5000mAh, of course with a notch.

Remember Asus zenfone 5 released with 5z which has same specs but 636 chip i hope that one ,if it released it has best specs in midrange

I could dream about a Zenfone 5 Ultra, but thats just a dream i know.
One of my best BIG phaplets ever was the Zenfone 3 Ultra, i just buried it some months ago, for mi max 3, honor 8x max and honor note 10, but if they release such a big ultra monster again in future, i will
immediately buy it and sell my 3 newbies... But i will continue dreaming instead... I knowwww :-)

ROG Phone is a possibility. Asus India head publicly confirmed at the Zenfone 5z launch event that ROG will come to India. Didn't mention the date though. But now that it's real close to the Global rollout, I am quite sure it will be the ROG Phone. And it would be great if they continue with the competetive pricing strategy

Maxpro M1 has already been a half year old. So M1s would be make more sense.
Just improve some aspect.
Soc to 660, usb c, nfc, better camera. That's all.
