Nokia 7.1 Plus (X7) price revealed by China Telecom, available next week

Homer-Simpson, 15 Oct 2018No Nokia 9 PureView ... no party !!! Nokia are going dow... moreNokia (let's say HMD Global for those "it's not finnish anymore") is trying to make brought its name in everyone mouth but don't intend to do it like Xiaomi but like a Huawei with a premium approach.

They can't make a name with a flagship cause it's gonna fail to compete at equals weapons with other brands (that's what happened to Nokia 8) and they can't do it with low prices as the rentability is low to build.

Current Nokia: feels better than other in the same price range, aren't that much more expensive than the Huawei/Xiaomi alternative, can be recommand by the nerd of the family thanks to Android One (plus few bug and security in bonus).

In my opinion they are playing clever by not wasting money to develop in haste a flagship phone.

      Xiaomi, Oppo, OnePlus are non-stop growing up !!!

        We all had some great expectations from NOKIA, as they came back again... But I see alot of same Phone coming up with some confusing Decimal Naming and with sometimes Smaller and somewhere Bigger Notches with greater Chins...

        Since Sirocco, not a single Flagship is there...

          Why would the Chinese buy a this made in China phone with a foreign brand name, instead of much better bang for the buck domestic brands?

                  I'm confused.....is this the Nokia 7 plus replacement or just a better version of the new 7.1? The 7 plus only came out this year?

                    HMD-Nokia is a mess. Where you don't know who is who or which is which. Old dated design with an unnecessarily large notch and lower battery. Zero R&D investment in months, understandable the new price. Yep, the color is the only thing that worth mention.

                      Notch city. Why do they have to go for this bad design and rounded screen ? Just keep the design of the original 7 plus and slim the bezels a little bit. This is just ugly as hell and looks like a cheap xiaomi. I hope this garbage will not sell. Pretty desapointed.
