Anonymous, 16 Oct 2018Don't believe that low pricing. Nokia 7.1 3/32GB single sim... moreAgree the price in Europe will be alot higher and fit the pricing structure of the rest of the nokia phones. I think 350-400 minimum.

Sad for me. I was waiting for a real improvement on the camera department (hardware), and it seems there is not, in fact, I'd rather have telephoto instead of bokeh…, and the AI, well I like the photos to be as I see the image, let's say kind of old school...

So, my choice here goes to the 7 plus.

waiting for s710 phone without notch

Great looking phone with decent specs and Android One. I think it will replace my P20 when it comes to market.

Anonymous, 16 Oct 2018Don't believe that low pricing. Nokia 7.1 3/32GB single sim... moreI think 400 euros would be a decent price for what you're getting. The SD710 is very capable. It also offers a lot more than the 7 Plus which launched at 400 euros as well. (Way better screen and camera.)

I do hope starting price is somewhere around the 399 mark, 449 for the 6GB/64GB version* I want and a 50 euro cashback promotion for the first month like they're doing on the 7.1 right now.

*Or is this a mistake by GSMarena, as the article says only the 128GB version has 6GB of RAM?

            4/64GB CNY 1,700 USD 245 EUR 212
            6/64GB CNY 2,000 USD 290 EUR 250
            6/128GB CNY 2,500 USD 360 EUR 312

Don't believe that low pricing. Nokia 7.1 3/32GB single sim starts at 339€ here, available on 25.10. What a joke. If this costs 400€ for 4/64GB dual sim variant here in Europe, it will be tough sell. I still might buy it if it is available soon. There is no compact competitor in this segment with OIS.

Other than the Notch (just why) this Smartphone actually packs quite the nice specs (thanks you for the 3,5mm jack btw.).
The prices, at least in the EU, definetly will be higher but that puts the 7.1 in quite a weird spot, if the 7.1 Plus is going to end up just a bit more expensive.
Surely the 7.1 price will plummit in that case.

Get ready to be thrilled by amazing camera quality in this segment. Sensor is best in class, coupled with OIS and EIS. Processor should also be good enough to handle imaging capabilities. I hope nokia gets image processing right this time in default camera app. If done right, imaging on X7/ 7.1 Plus should beat one plus 6t and likes hands down.

Other than the ugly notch, most of the specs seem pretty good for the price. Nice colours too.

I'm willing to ignore the WIDE notch, Big chin and glass back if this has lte band 28 (700). The price to specs ratio is pretty good.

Specs to price wise its a go to buy phone but design and look wise i dont like it as I currently own Nokia 7 plus white color and it looks absolutely gorgeous than this one but i bought at 26 k INR india. So this time 7.1 plus price is absolutely gud but I hate notches and my choice white color not available for this model.Any way Nokia keeping prices low is a very gud move ,so in india it will be around 20k and I'm happy with my current 7 plus.So no upgrade. But i like this phone specs to price.

If it's cheap and reasonably priced in Pakistan, i'll buy it !
