Wouldn't want the Chinese government in power who steals land with the south china sea, imprisons people in secrecy like the Interpol president, rounds up religions like Uighur muslims for mass detention, uses media as political pawns, censors it's citizens right to view content and more. Any money going to China supports that crap, you can't avoid it all of course but I'll stick with Sony, Samsung, Apple, HTC or even Asus over Chinese manufacturers that draw money into that dictatorship.

    I dont get this why they want to release this so early..
    when there is no sd 855 on the market YET...
    Its better to wait for new version of snapdragon right? than using the same chip

      Guys, let's be honest, even 128GB memory should suffice for 95% of the users. Even without a memory card slot, it's still enough....

        For thoose who dont wanna waste many monthly wages on a ROG phone will buy blackshark.

                Though I myself am never going to be interested in a phone without the jack, but still many people have accepted it's demise. And with a competetive price, say around 500$, this will be a great deal. Also, with that price it's probably going to cater to a different market segment, because some people who have the money will be buying the expensive phones, jack or no jack, slot or no slot.

                    ROG Phone has a 3.5 mm headphone jack and 128 GB starting internal storage, going upto 512 GB. It's the best so-called gaming phone out there.

                    Razer phone 2 does not have the above but at least has a microSD card slot.

                    The Black Shark has neither 3.5 mm nor an SD card slot. A gaming phone starting with 64GB internal storage and no support for expandable microSD card slot. A gaming phone where you can't directly connect your gaming headphones.

                    If the Black Shark 2 does not correct it's shortcomings, it will get mauled by the killer whale known as "ROG Phone"! :D
