The Galaxy S2 is fitted with a 4.3-inch Super
Amoled Plus capacitive touchscreen at 480x800
pixels and with a pixel density of 217 pixels-per-
inch (ppi). Gorilla Glass has been used for the screen and it
supports multi-touch input. Accelerometer and
gyro sensors are built in and along with the
TouchWiz 4.0 user interface (UI) allow for screen
rotation. The Motorola Razr also features a 4.3-inch display,
this time using Super Amoled Advance HD technology at a
higher resolution of 540x960 pixels, which
naturally gives a higher pixel density of 256ppi.

13MP? Hope it comes with an increased sensor size to match the pixel count increase.
Otherwise, it'll be better off sticking to 8MP.
Reason why China's getting the higher camera pixel count's due to the numbers race I guess.

If the camera sensors are good for 13mp camera, if the HD screen is of high quality, has reasonable battery life, and if it retains all the goodness that is the DROID RAZR (build quality, thinness, performance, etc) it will certainly take the cake as the best Android phone of this season, over the Rezound, Optimus LTE, and GN. Lots of IF though.
Too bad it's only for China for now.

Moto Droid is time to remove Samsung in your position as the best and most popular Android phone maker you was in 2009 by killing the Galaxy Series with Razr Series and keep releasing your Rarz worldwide at the same time like you did with both Droid Razr XT912 and Razr XT910 and not to forget the Chinise one XT917.
Wanna know the full spec of the Razr XT928 HD display, 13MP.
