TSMC expects 7nm chips to account for 20% of its 2019 revenues

A fifth of the Q4 2018 revenue will be from the 7nm platforms, nearing 10% for the calendar year.

        ornHub, 19 Oct 2018TSMC sure is controlling the 7nm marketOnly cause Samsung took the steps to go straight to euv first. Which took a bit longer but will give then an initial advantage.
        Tmsc just gets the first orders for now.
        2019 and 2020 will tell more of the difference.
