Use bluestack.
Open apps and use the web browser from there.
Run autoclick and set it to whatever value you want.
Let it run for the whole time and by the time you realized it will reach the milestone.

30fingers*twice per second=60touches/second
I tried 20 fingers on a 10 inch tablet and I got 25k touches in 10 inutes = 44 touches/second
that's not cheating ...maybe child abuse ...but not cheating :)

the only limit is the speed of your device ...as I said ..even if it counts the touches slower...let it process it will register all of them

push as fast as you can all 10 fingers or 20 at the same time...at some point your device will have problems processing so many touches but let it work and after a few seconds it will finish counting all your touches and add them

use a 10 inch tablet and 4 or 6 hands. your screen is multitouch so it will register all touches. I made 25ktouches in 10 minutes with 4 hands.
You can also use Tasker on Android to automate it.
Be careful though....if you loose your session you can loose taps too. I got to 280000 and by mistake I lost the session suddenly and then I was back to 145000.
