Snapdragon 855 or 8150, either way, the unconfirmed info also suggests a camera and storage upgrade over the Mi Mix 2S.

Next Gen Snapdragon is.highly unlikely cause Qualcomm has'nt even announced it yet and they are unlikely to do it before atleast mid November

    if this is türe, i'm sure they will just announce but won't open sales. They will open sales at least february.

          How many features are they going to eliminate in exchange for putting 5G and update the SoC with the new design? Single 5G SIM with 3G secondary? A microscopic speaker? Or the new politic is follow One Plus, Apple, Huawei, etc, raising the prices. Doubts, doubts... It will be interesting to watch how easily can be scratched when you slide the cameras and there is some dust, dirt or some small chip, etc.

          Will it be the end of being able to use traditional casings? Only flip ones? I'll clearly refuse buy a phone that only can use flip cases and not the traditional silicone one with a tempered glass. I don't like to have the screen covered or have to open a cover to use the phone but i wan't protect my phone properly. Wi'll see...

              This decision was based on the anti-competitive practices of Sammy, due to which many SD845 powered devices got quite late...

                They will surely have a great Hardware and overall it will be a great Phone but the ita the Software "MIUI", People will drop this Phone...

                    There are only two possibilities. It either launches this year with SD845, or next year with SD8150. I don't see a SD8150 phone launching this year.

                      855 seems really unlikely, and how do I just believe a chalk board with stuff written on it and posted on Weibo?

                          Well rumors are said and the bread is eaten.

                            Mix 1 had v nice width ( 158.8 x 81.9 x 7.9mm) & good screen size, hope this one too is similarly nice & wide!! Instead of tall n ugly.
