One thing that made it feel strange is the camera placement, it just looks like a HUAWEI P20 PRO from the back. Why am I saying this? Well, it's because their P and MATE series have different type of designs, both the front and back are different from each other. But right now, HUAWEI's MAGIC series is using their current P series's back camera placement, like why? Didn't its predecessor have a middle camera placement, which can probably be improved here? If it's previous camera placement is maintained here, it will probably looked more unique than what's going to happen here

Not my choice of color, but it looks good nonetheless. Glad to see Huawei commonizing the gradient color scheme throughout their phones. It gives a attractive look to an otherwise plain slab of glass.
