Some titles are available on virtual console (Nintendo), but they don't look good on TVs. Switch combats that a bit, but I still wish they sold the ROMs legally, and heck, even made emulators for android and ios for their classic consoles.

Anonymous, 24 Oct 2018Yes, people are idiots for not indulging in piracy.There is no alternative to play with emulators. Even without them, only on the original consoles you can play them. And you can't get these old PS1 games legaly anymore. Stores don't sell copies, focus on latest consoles.
To play the old games one have to download them illegally. No alternative for older games.

Can't use phones in full potential, always making workarounds for cheaper phones.
If developers make games for high end phones, focus on their power, it's possible for us to see this happening.
BUT, with majority of people having midrangers, and people with high end phones not using them at their full potential, I doubt it.
Still emulators are the way to go fir me atm. So many great games, no ads, no paying :)

There are other emulators as well BUT epsxe is the best one and you can play in your device's full resolution in 60fps. But I don't recommend it. Makes textures look blurry.

Note7 owner, 24 Oct 2018Will still lose to the 4gb ram iphone XS max.. because of something simple called the CPU and GPU.
Apple uses a SIX core configuration. but their larger cores are TWICE as powerful as Kryo385Gold. (2450 vs around 4900). However. since they have fewer cores... they don't have THAT much of a margin to stay away from being beaten. (11.2k vs 9k, or 10k if you're considering Kirin980)
as for the GPUs. they are massive. even larger than the Adreno630's cores. (Officially unknown. but I KNOW it's not one single core of GPU. there has to be a few. How many? My estimation that the hundreds digit marks how many cores specifically. but take it with a grain of salt)

Just slap RGB on it and call it a gaming phone... At least Razer has useful features like SD card slot and 120hz screen.

Seems like I dont care about mobile gaming since to much pay2win on mobile version. There is no point if you have gaming phone but playing worst game mobile system.

I play P... moreYup but the point remains, you are still spending relatively a lot on hardware, to play software that is available on cheaper and older consoles. Now that the hardware is ready, there should really be a push to get the game developers to make great games on mobile.
A mindset change is needed, as these games cannot be priced too cheap.
I am hoping either iOS or Android starts this process, let there be healthy competition.
