Guess they are doing the right thing since most apple users prob use 100% of the phone function...which is what my mum is doing, calling and watsapp cos i do agree the IOS is easy for old folks to pick up. But kinda sad apple is following he trend of removing their iconic one button.

thank God for normal fingerprint scanner. under screen is useless. but anyway this phone is too big for me

It will probably come in 2 variants including one with ud fingerprint scanner like the mi8 nonetheless it will look pretty sleek, definitely oled screen and very thin chin so stop assuming all sorts of bs, it will be a different kind of device so people are gonna love it or hate it, either way it will be a good effort by xiaomi

big shame to xiaomi! bleee rear fingerprint reader in their top flagship phone on end of 2018??? and no amoled display (i suppouse) and maybe no pop up slider system(i think it was all of them just fake rumors info)..as we can see on pictures its same back like has mi mix 2s ..damned that indian gipsy-head of xiaomi! sooo disappointed now! i will go for sure to Oneplus 6T-now i know it 100%, mi mix3 has absolutely no chance on any sucess, if he will come on market like this..

Α massive relief, as the in screen gimmick would only add 150$ to the cost and take 300-400mah from the battery.
Whilst it would be less reliable than standard scanners

BTW, yes i know those phones "did it first", My post wasn't about that. I just made a simple statement that notch-less + bezel-less displays look better than notched or bezelled ones...
But just to make you feel better, yes i do appreciate the Vivo Nex A/S & the Oppo Find X. Both of those are fine phones, although the latter one is not very durable.

You know what? There's something really attractive about notch-less bezel-less screen displays. Both the Mi Mix 3 & Honor Magic 2 look really good.
