Great looking phone and I would have seriously considered buying it. However I need at least 32GB storage capacity and/or a card slot and as we in the Uk only seem to be getting the 16GB version, I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to buy it.
How naive/ignorant do you have to be to offer a 16GB, non-expandable capacity handset that is A) a premium device and that B) offers 1080p video recording? It's like trying to fit the Terminator trilogy on a floppy disk.
Apple do offer a 32GB and 64GB handset (at a complete joke of a premium), and where you can get the Galaxy Nexus 32GB I'm sure that will have the same cost issue at least for a few months.
I am not impressed :-(

olol, 17 Nov 2011no 8mp with exmor r "MP is not everything" , no s... morei want exmor r, i need tv out to use it with tv and gaming controller, i dont care about iphone's lack of card slot, the nexus isn't supposed to be a device for sheeps but a real phone with real capabilities, i'll take gorilla glass over other types of glass until someone shows us videos of theyr glass vs gorilla glass. bottom line i'm not against android, i actually love it and want to buy an android soon, but this one is jst lacking a few vital things for smart people who know how ot use tech to theyr advantage.

I'll rather wait for a better build phone - Motorola or HTC with ICS than buying this model. Or better yet - wait for custom roms based on ICS...

Guess why Samsung uses the metals for their mid-range handsets. Have a clue.

Apart from the screen nothing premiu... moreWhen will samsung ever learn?I thimk theve leart quite alot to be the largest manurfacturer of smartphones in the world.From concept to store in weeks tells me samsung have some power in manurfacuring when they can make new and exciting phones every month.More then i cam say for apple and nokia.Choice and qualoty for the masses.Why woild you wany a phone made of metal anyway.Heavy poor signal and the costs would be stupid and especially with todays superfast processors people would be getting 3rd degree burns.I use the new note and its the most stunning piece of kit ive ever used.

But, you know what? I'll wait for the Galaxy S III ... not having sd card option bothers me a lot ... :-(
At the same, time, not having the buttons for a "bigger" scree is really good!

When every some one buys the nexus can you show up that the light hidden under the 3 on screen buttons can light up & be used as Notification Lights & upload to youtube to show us that it works??? Apparently.
