GSMA, please make sure you state that Huawei doesn't allow bootloader unlocking anymore in your articles regarding them. That is a major issue right there and people might not be knowing about it. Several people that get into Android expect to be able to swap to a different ROM or add functions.

Something is seriously amiss... This is a class leading chipset in its own right... It is unbelievable that it is getting such mediocre scores... Even a few months ago, it was shown that the Kirin 980 scored approximately 355 K on AnTuTu... Now its a 100 K off that mark... Absolutely unbelievable...! One possibility is that the software is currently running on isn't optimized for these benchmark tests... Otherwise this seems unrealistic for a brand new 7nm chipset. Nevertheless I intend buying Mate 20 Pro or Magic 2 ... so I couldn't care less about these "scores".
