Why I won't be buying the new OnePlus 6T even though it's a great phone

The under-display fingerprint sensor is more than usable and the camera improvements are impressive but it just doesn't feel like a big upgrade.

      Thank you for that battery replacement part. I was thinking about 6T but i think I change the battery in my 3T and wait till oneplus 7 or 7T come.

He makes really good points, and while yes, he could've said the same of every phone on the market, in the end, he simply wants to show that the OnePlus 6T, at least to him, isn't worth the upgrade

          Many phones apply to these criticisms. There are many reasons to keep a phone for a long time and I wish the industry made phones with a many year lifespan instead of planned obsolescence.

          I feel like gsmarena is a website mostly for the consumer that enjoys the upgrade cycle and getting the newest feature. It's strange to see this article here without a by-line.

              you can get a mi8 for 350 dollars or a meizu 16 for 380 dollars. anyway, in a couple of months sd 845 is gonna be obsolete soooooo...

                Could someone on here please explain or give a link as to how you sideload the camera app please?

                  I had an OP3, and used it for about 8 months before flogging it. I wasn't too impressed with the screen. The whole design was slightly dated for me.

                  I can see reasons not switching from the OP6 to OP6T. But OP3 to OP6T is an easy switching for me - If I didn't hate notches!!!

                      Why is this article not signed? Who is this guy and why is he given so much promotion?
                      Why there aren't similar articles of poor ppl not being able to afford the iphones and make such poor excuses to themselves?
                      Why is it oneplus focused when all his points are valid for every new flagship?
                      Why now when the 6T hit the top of the daily interested?
                      Oneplus 3? Really? The first Amoled 1+, thats the worst you can do?
                      Because even oneplus 3 and 2 and still can scrap those 300$ of the 6T 550$ ?
                      Because those lines for the 6T are beating the S9+, XS plus and Mate 20 pro lines?
                      Is this what are you afraid of? And this is how low you can go?
