      Usualy when comes to update i see a sun covered by moon more often than Samsung receiving updates.

          Last year, A5 was the first one got nougat, and now in J series, J5 prime got if earlier.

            My dad's j5 prime got oreo weeks ago

              This is a low midrange phone and though two years old already, an update worked through it. In other universe like Huawei's universe, their two year old flagship P9 still doesnt have oreo and THERE'S EVEN A NEWS THAT IT WONT COME TO THIS PHONE BECAUSE OF HARDWARE LIMITATIONS. Helloooooo P9 is way more powerful than J7 Prime but the latter had the oreo update. Shame on you, huawei

                      Meanwhile, Vivo and Oppo can't even deliver updates quicker despite the 'better' internals than this Samsung phone

                        Two year later it will receive pie. Have patience, Samsung at work.
