T M, 06 Nov 2018I have full confidence Lenovo will mess this phone up in so... moreThey will mess it up. The Moto strategy is establish the phone specs by throwing darts at a wall then decide which countries get which models, again, by throwing darts at a wall.
My last two phones have been unlocked Moto phones and they are really solid. The door is wide open in the US market for non-Apple, non-Samsung phones. Too bad Moto can't (or won't) produce the midrange phones people want.

Moto X4, with far better specs, is less expensive than Moto G6! Moto G series, G7..., is no longer good value for money!

You can see the lower back of the vertical (front-facing) phone in the refelction of the horizontal one. Nothing there.

6.4" screen and only 3500 mAh? Needed 5000 mAh. Seriously Moto, make a phone people want or keep turning into HTC.

Xiaomi does the same for much less... Shame seeing Motorola going down like this...
