Kingslayer, 07 Nov 2018I lived there for five years. Planning to retire there. Rem... morePhilippines can easily get internet with proper speed, however service providers here are like politicians, they want more money but still provide bad service to people, TelStra tried to be in our country but a private company owner (Chinese), wanted 70/30 of the shares and TelStra wants 70/30 as well, 30% share is huge already that's why we Filipino cant understand why this certain Chinese wants 70%, he should be thankful enough that TelStra chose him to carry their name, TelStra eventually backed out of its plans to enter the Philippine network since our national communication committee questioned their highspeed connection with low pricing, see how our own government shuus away foreign investors?

Francisco, 07 Nov 2018I'm really surprised Chile is one of the countries with one... moreIn Indonesia you can get as low as USD 2.5 / month for unlimited data with fair usage of 1 GB each day. IM3 is only IDR 1000 (about USD 0.067) for 1 GB / day.

Tracfone's sub-brands namely Net10 and Straight Talk have less expensive plans with almost similar benefits.
Verizon must restructure its prepaid plans with much more value-added features.

There's no point in becoming a Verizon prepaid customer.
Either just get Metro if you want the best value for your money or Straight Talk for better signal.

I'm really surprised Chile is one of the countries with one of the cheapest (pre/post) paid plans with unlimited social network traffic (Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify).
They start from CLP 7990 (around USD 12)

Wow, I never realized how expensive US prices are on just data. You'd pay that much in the UK for twice the data and a phone on a contract.

                  Wow so much expensive plans.

I usually recharge with 3Month plan where there is a unlimited calling & 2GB 4G data per day. That translates apprax 56GB worth 4G data per month just for ₹ 450(approx 6$ USD for three Months)

WTF?! $30 for less than 1GB?! I charge my prepaid with 10 BGN (~$5,50) from which the operator takes half of it and gives me 300 min total + 2 GB of mobile data (more than that if there's a promo).

Anonymous, 07 Nov 2018well, try to go to Philippines xDI lived there for five years. Planning to retire there. Remember the free Wi-Fi at SM North and Trinoma.

I'm content with my T-Mobile prepaid. Verizon has better coverage and stronger signals, but I hate them as a company. I hate their policies and customer service.

Verizon offers $45 for only 8 GB data? Might as well keep my $40 T-Mobile prepaid with 10 GB.

Yeah it's totally obvious reasons why when you pay for the most expensive plan you dont get hotspot usage....
Because they dont have long standing ways to cap off the hot spot usage too....
