Essen, 07 Nov 2018This is going to be a difficult, but commendable innovation... moreI hear ya, and hovering around the 6" mark is ideal for me, but some retards here want dslr capable pic grabbers and are constantly crying about 'stale' designs. For people who want small crappy phones they should grab the iPhone 5s or something, small and junky.

Perhaps then Samsung will actually will be able to get a Projector replacing roll'able screen out there before LG. LG has been talking about that concept for a lot of years now... and we should have seen prototypes a couple of years ago, and products by this time.

This is going to be a difficult, but commendable innovation. But look at the irony. We went from thick, folding (breaking) clamshells, to compact, one-handed devices. Now the one-handed devices are growing way too large, so we are going back to thick folding clamshells. For all the complications of this, you'd think it might make sense to have one simple, under 5-inch device. But no. We will still make miniature televisions and then get them to fold. That said, all the best to Samsung. This will be a useful innovation.

It should be atleast 8" but since its 1st gen its forgiveable. A phone-phablet hybrid would be cool too a large main display which folds inwards and a smaller display on back like old Moto flip phones

this is gimmick!! I would never want the convenience of a large tablet in a compact size I can take with me! Why would I enjoy content on a large screen then fold it up to a normal phone size? Who would want that? thats crazy marketing scheme!! I would never buy such an innovative and practical product just to give Samsung my money!!

If it is going into mass production in the next few months, it would make sense for this device to be the new Note 10 or Note replacement. I mean it's literally a composion size Notebook. Would make sense to jot nites in them.
