LG Optimus 3D Gingerbread now rolling out to users

I had a moro atrix. it was update long long ago. I loved the 2.3. Then i got wind of 3d phones. I wanted one. I had to pick fron htc and lg. Lg promised 2.3. So i chose them even though the htc had it already. BIG mistake. IF MOTOROLA ever makes a 3d phone I'll get it for sure. Its a company that knows how to treat its costumers. I don't care how large a company's catalog of phones is. I only use 1. and i just want that 1 to be great. LG is not.

I still have not received the gingerbread update on my lg optimus 3d and its nearly april what is going on my phone is locked to orange but surely the update should be out by now there already on to ice cream sandwich and talking about jelly bean seriously lg if you want to be seen as a major smartphone company you better get to work as you have a lot to do

LG? where is the gingerbread 2.3 for LG Optimus 3d in the UK, LG stop messing about, its now nearly February and on my software update on phone, its saying CURRENT VERSION IS THE LATEST VERSION, it has said update was available end of November 2011, come on LG, and why cant i download 2.3 from LG official site, cant find it on there either, phone should have had the Gingerbread download already on phone at launch, LG sort it out

It's 16-January, Jordan still no 2.3 update, we were promised in an announcement to receive it 30-Dec, then they ignored us
I hope LG lose all their customers, O3D my first and last LG

Install the LG tool. It will re-flash it with 2.3 I had to do that

I'm waiting for the update in Australia also, and it's XMAS in 2 days!!! It should be android 4 not 3.2. LG are a bit behind with the update, but I also own a Nokia N8 and the ANNA s/w update took months longer than first stated for release, and the N8 is unlocked and unbranded, it's annoying but LG are not the only company that blows out their release dates.

Got sick of waiting for LG and their delays so updated my optimus 3D from here http://forum.xda-developers.co...hp ?t=1287236 and it works perfectly...

OMG so annoying.
My lg p920 is unlocked and when i update (I changed the country to germany and europe)... i run into the same problem every time ... an error message on the updating screen saying "Model Not Support S/W Model". Anyone know what this means?

I live in uk and I have a lg optimus 3d on t-mobile uk. I changed the country from the upgrade tool from UK to GERMANY and is updating right in this moment 107 mb/383.96 mb :D. I will tell you later how is everything going on.

I live in Australia and bought my O3D off ebay unlocked... the LG pc software said there wasn't a update, so i just changed my location on the pc software to Europe... updated to gb 2.3.5 straight away... works perfect and loving the phone more then ever...
New video editing tool is awesome by the way :)

I contacted LG UK's help center online. They told me that 2.3 will be out for the 3D on the 5th of December.
