I get the same thing when i setup my new iphone 7 device.
I had to reset my password and now it's working fine

Switch. Your data should be yours not theirs. Working with an apple accout reminded me why i hate them so much.

Changed my macbook battery recently and Apple cleaned the entire keyboard/inside for FREE and I didn't even ask them to!

Actually I have an idea what's going on. As of late I been getting plenty of Phishing emails claiming to be Apple. The website this Scammers use are extremely good replicas of AppleID website, with all bells and whistles from Ajax to Tokenized URL's. I have a feeling the fake AppleID is being sold as a Webware since it's a PHP based App with decent amount of files, so in retrospect someone is selling fake AppleID portal knockoffs and Scammers are buying it, nothing else to expect from the Scammers guild.

Android is like PC where everyone have different hardware specs and cant blame it on Google who made the Android. Samsung still need to make there own skin over android and then make it work with there hardware and same with every other brand that use android.
While android is built to run on everything you cant complain about it so much like you can complain about Apple IOS that is made to run only on devices that have Apple logo on them. And they cant even optimize there OS to run smooth and without errors that every week or month come out new errors news.
