Anonymous, 14 Nov 2018And even then, Huawei keeps growing xDIt does because it’s under cutting the big boys slightly therefore when people upgrade they can save a bit or it becomes the most next affordable phone for some people.. but give it a few years and even with the growth sales will keep decling for all

Smartphone market is in decline , because most smartphones do everything the standard user wants now a days it’s not like before when phones were advancing year on year , now their isn’t much difference and a phone can do the basics of what 90% of the market really want it to do.. so your left year on year with less people advancing also as prices rises people consider if it’s worth it making the market decline even more.. imo this is only going to get worse..
basically the smartphone market is stale , and intell the next type of tech comes out well.. or massive tech advancement in phones

I'll bet flopple were one of, if not the biggest loser...

It's up to the market to decided how much it's price.

SpiritWolf, 14 Nov 2018'Now, we get something different as MIIT released statistic... moreYet, they managed to release a staggering 520 different model of 4G smartphones.

'Now, we get something different as MIIT released statistics about the domestic mobile phone market between January and October 2018 and the numbers do not look good.

Do not look good for who? I think it's great. Less waste and less consumerism.

It would really useful if each regulator around the world produce such data each year.

That's because the Chinamen are vastly overpricing their smartphones, like for example Mix 3 and Magic 2
