Nokia offer it for cheap because they BUTCHER many things; sub-par display quality, sub-par display resolution, sub-par camera sensors, capped SoC (both CPU & GPU are capped to make it 'weaker' than x6 crap!)
Save urself from disappointed & wasting money; buy OTHER brand's device.
Heck, if what u want is 'vanilla' Android experience, there are LOTS of OEM which also offer Android One; Moto, Xiaomi, etc.

2 notch phone on the picture and one notchess phone on the right, doesn't make sense here. Those notches on the picture are very similar to the Nokia 6.1+ and Nokia 7.1.From what I think, the left would be the Nokia 7.1+ as a global variant from the China variant that has a huge notch, the Nokia 8.1+, not Nokia 8.1 and the Nokia 2.1+ on the right, not Nokia 9.

40mp, 16 Nov 201840mp that captures not 40mp its funny you knowNewbs.. Downsampled 40MP will destroy all 12MP-16MP in terms of image quality.. That's why Nokia 808 is king.. Nokia 1020 is relegated to 3rd place after the Mate 20 Pro.. Previous P20 Pro's 40 MP is a wack but now they have perfected it

I almost bought Nokia 7 plus and that would be a bummer as for the same price I now have P20 that is more compact, lighter, with fast front fingerprint reader and fast face recognition, notification light and much better camera and even software. Yes, I craved for a stock Android mostly for updates, but I don't think non low-end phone will be that far off. I was waiting for a phone from HMD for almost a year and they always disappointed as it took them so long to show new models and them brought them to market. Not to mention the introduced phones offered no value for money. They should really change their strategy. I can imagine how many customers they are loosing.
