Well here in Slovakia we havent much of theses.
But often a carriers i mean their staff is calling and promoting new things and trying to subdue you to switch your carrier to their one.
    I really hate that.
Using O2 fior like 10 years.
Before had Orange and was a very disapointed customer because of a very high bills compared to low number of calls and sms.
Now paying 30 euros a month but i have unlimited everything even data.

Macbeth, 17 Nov 2018But is it really?May have a chance to get something going if their are not leashed to a female political figure in Berlin.

You can bet this will work about as well as any other attempt to knock down spam calls.
Everyone I talk to is in my address book. If a call comes in, that isn't on that list, I just let it roll over to voicemail. If the caller doesn't leave a message, I just add it to my block list. ESPECIALLY numbers that start with my area code & prefix.
I use Truecaller to help identify/block. Now, some are resorting to "hey Phil, let's meet up bla bla bla" text messages that have to be blocked as well.

I mean there's already a Do Not Call things from the government with webpage and shit like that and telling people to go there and sign up for the Do Not Call ( which is I did). And I still get calls from all kind of telemarketing companies ( and then there's also the scam call from other countries that somehow shows a 1800 number).

Spam call screening is not limited to pixels, I believe it is a feature of stock dialler in a reasonably modern android. At least, I have it on my cat S61 with 8.1

Also, spammers don't make their calls just to annoy people. It is business and it brings them profit because some people buy from them and as long as these morons exist spam will be an issue.

Useless bill. The majority of robocalls are done internationally with call spoofing. You have to get US carriers involved in whitelisting known, registered, legitimate callers.
