Usually projectors luminate imag... moreThere are common price range categories for each resolution, actually at $2000 you can also get 4K for some other brands, but you might lose the ultra short throw capability, brightness and/or contrast ratio. 480p projectors should be sub-$300, 720p sub-$500, and 1080p sub-$700. For instance, XGIMI Z6 is native 1080p but priced only a couple more from $500, with decent 700 ANSI lumens, but yea not a(n ultra) short throw one and 7 times dimmer (though 700 ANSI lumens is more than adequate for indoor use, even with some lighting).

Is only 720p and only 100 lumens. 100 lumens and they wanted 1700 bucks.
When for 400 bucks I could get a 1080p 4000 lumens projector.
That is insanely over priced. This costs more but for 300 bucks more compared 1700 you actuality get a decent projector.

Anonymous, 18 Nov 2018Dramatically better as a projector than the *Sony* oneWell , when Sony Xperia Touch was start selling in the US , it was $1.700 and the price hasn't drop off since in Amazon retail . It wasn't perfect with quite much of a flaw , but it was one of the first of its kind such an device , until it was follow up by Xiaomi Mi Laser Projector now which's more expensive than Xperia Touch ($2000 compared to $1700) and it did takes some cues what Sony done from its Xperia Touch with better and fixiation from the latter . Still , Xperia Touch efforts can't be understimated and should be respectable , as it was a great devices and proof one of experimental devices of Xperia has been doing .

OwO these are indeed rare. Usually projectors luminate images of 480p... or 600p at most. FHD ones are great~!

This is still absolutely dodo upshot over priced. But at least it's a dramatically better projector that the insanely over priced ain't one
