HTC have always been 'quietly' 'brilliant', as both my former phones the desire and desire HD were so darn quiet playing video that I could not hear the soundtrack....tried EVERYTHING to no avail. Stuck with ZTE Skate and love it. Still ZTE got banned for various reasons.......seemed political though. Patents could be an important way to genuinely protect your invention.....but this seems a stunt for cash. Germany needs to think if this is the right move......not sure it is......time will tell. As things stand with the world economy this seems so petty to me. I agree it should be everyone V crapple

AnonD-11450, 26 Nov 2011Sony ericsson is free from all this shit:-). I just love so... moreThink about the Sony Ericsson's smartphone market share. It's pretty pathetic.

SE isn't seen as a great threat to Crapple, so apple doesn't sue them. That's a reality SE fanboy. Besides, i know that most of telecommunication related patents are owned by Ericsson rather than Sony.

By the way, your precious Sony is nothing in this industry. NOTHING.

Nokia won it and let's see how other guys do...
