90% of planet wont ever find usefull a foldable or bendable phone with 100% of the planet will pay for this creation this technology and all the R&D costs in a product prices.
No hence a J4 prime with a 2016 specs cost 150 euros.

      I wouldn't use one of those even if they payed me daily.

            "Budget" version wont have underscreen fp.

            Bad move samsung. This is the reason why your number of sales is decreasing.
            Chinese competitors try to add more features with "budget" price. But you try to shave more features.

                I get all the changes I want from the S series AND its cheaper? Sign me the flip up!
                The only way they could mess this up is by removing the good features of the S series like the SDcard slot, 3.5mm jack or IP68 rating.

Sure, design is much better, plus the Awesome SD8150. But I'mma patient person. Maybe I will switch the galaxy S9 that I use as an iPod touch to the 10 just so I'll know what to expect.

                              Side mounted fingerprint scanner in the cheaper one? What? That cheaper one will be as expensive or more than the legion of the chinese phones with an under display fingerprint sensor... Better that the mobile division CEO start packing... Android customers aren't like the Apple ones... And that is one of the reasons why now Samsung started to sink in sales.

                                1. How will you get a case
                                2. How will you protect the screen even with a plastic screen protector I would bet it would lift..
                                3. How thick will it be in your pocket.. when folded
                                4. What use will it be to unfold it in public.
                                5. People didn’t take to tablets which you can use in public so why this.
                                6. Repairably
                                7. How long will it take to charge
                                8. How heavy due to needing a bigger battery to power the device
                                9. How fast will the software transistion between phone and fully folded out.
                                10. How long will the screen last due to durably
                                11. How will it fair against drops

                                Then you should ask you self is it worth the time and hassle and price.. for something that will take 3-4 before it even decent if it lasts that long..

                                  AnonD-731363, 20 Nov 2018Only thing i really hate here is that noone is asking or wi... moreHmm a foldable phone is pretty much pointless and they are making them so big that when folded it stupidly thick.. so if you wanna be a R&D you go and buy a product that will cost a stupid amount of money and be obsolete in 1 year when they have refined more of its quirks.. phone are getting big again.. soon they will get small and so and forwards.. unfortunately.. I don’t wanna be a test pilot for untested components durably in a foldable phone that will probably weight more than 300 grams and be about 12mm thick plus in your pocket.. also how the hell are you gonna get a case or tempered glass for it..

I mean now a days you want a phone that is practically but also easy to use.. if the note get any bigger it will be like carrying a lengthy brick around in your pocket even the 6.5 of the iPhone XS is massive to me 5.8 is where it should be with a no bezel design or notch. At this rate trouser company’s will have to make bigger pockets to accommodate for smartphones.. what’s that is your pocket a smartphone .. or are you happy to see me..

                                      Thats what a Note was year ago, a nice big display, now the display size is nothing special any longer.

                                        Only thing i really hate here is that noone is asking or will use foldable samsung phones for 1500-2000 euros and we all have to pay for its creation developement RD cost and anything else in price of other devices.
                                        Then its no wonder that J4 prime cost 150 euros even if it have specs from 2016 and a manufacturing cost of 50 euros.
