Reading up on this range... there are quite a few models... I suspect the picture above is the 'basic' one - as there's a slide-out keyboard version, and one without any camera controls (just three thin buttons at the bottom) - which would suggest Gingerbread...
An interesting range, initial impressions are no optical zoom either (pointless leaving that out when it looks so much like a camera..)
Dual core, great resolution, etc. but if it's still just point and snap - then no real benefit apart from xenon...
Oh well, maybe version 2...
:(

KEITAI (aka Japanese Phones)is the coolest mobile phone and up to date in my opinion, especially in Japan!
why do I answer that because I also have this phone in my residence (Osaka)!
Keitai average large sail design with folding and sliding, all waterproof cell phone, digital TV service has a special japanese, Felica (NFC service created by SONY), it has become a standard feature that must have all of Keitai in Japan since the first !

Sweet Jesus!
About time we got a different looking phone..
This is definitely a camera with phone functionality...
My only concerns...
There was another one (unheard of manufacturer) that did a camera/phone - but the software was WELL out of date and of course, sluggish due to low specs...
My only hope is that at least this comes out with Gingerbread.. I wouldn't expect to see ICS on something like this... but hopefully a responsive screen, etc. dual core would be nice (I doubt it though)
Second concern...
Size - it looks looooong maybe it's the pad at the bottom...
Also..
Is there optical zoom?
If so... then this is one hell of a phone!
Lastly..
Storage space.. as long as it has good internal storage space for apps / games
Personally, I don't think it's ugly at all..
One side is clearly camera - which looks nice enough...
The phone side does look a bit busy..
But if it can finally replace a compact camera - think of the possibilities!!!
I'm excited!

LOVE the design! This phone stands out from everyone else! When all phones look like copycats, this is the sexiest showoff. I think this phone will target those who uses the camera function more than other apps. I'm IN for this phone!
