Well Poco cost 300 or 350 with a carbon firbe back.
Can sustain a lot damage.
But this toy??? It will break even on Jerryrigeverything tests.

Hope they do not do this for Note 10....I do not like Ceramic as it is prone to crack and break than 70-grade aluminium frame......I skipped Xiomi Mi Max due to this reason!

Barring a structural weakness in a particular back, it should not shatter (as is demonstrated in numerous Essential PH-1 drop tests online).

Anonymous, 22 Nov 2018All these comments about shattering ceramic - while I agree... moreHmm it’s more of the impact that breaks it.. so the stronger the frame it sits it would make it even more lightly to break.. though you could technically make a ceramic frame which would well surpass the breakable of glass it would just be a extremely heavy device on the other hand it’s a better heat sink that copper and it doesn’t store heat within itself..

All these comments about shattering ceramic - while I agree it's a concern, as long as they build a strong enough frame it may not be a problem. Watch some Essential drop test videos.

Also I have never had a screen protector on any of my phone's and luckily enough have never broken a screen. Kid stepped on my ASUS tablet though, that was a bad day.

Anonymous, 22 Nov 2018My phone with gorilla glass screen has no scratches after m... morei always use case (mostly from ringke or spigen) with tempered glass and very carefull with it. but scratch from micro sand (which have greater moh scale than 5 that can even make scratch on gorilla glass 6) is sometimes happen to me (even though i always put them in my pocket or on table) all my phone which use gorilla glass (like note 3, note 4, s5, galaxy alpha, lg v20, and oneplus 3t) always have scratch on unprotected area of tempered glass (in some case like s5 and my note4 have scratch in middle screen cause iam yet buy tempered glass for them at that time and it have lot scratch that is very noticeable when using it) i rather have scratch at corner screen than on middle which very annoying and even my tempered glass is scratched i can easily change them with a new one for $1 or lower than change whole screen that cost lot of money if it not protected by tempered glass
