could be true .. as samsung has history of trying out things first in A and C series and then launching on their main flagships .. just like dual camera, Finger print scanner on back

The Voice of Reason, 21 Nov 2018It's not that difficult to embed a LED into a camera, so it... moreIt's basically same idea if they would make few pixels on the screen flash for notifications but even that seems to be to hard for them

Anonymous, 21 Nov 2018No LED notification light then? It's not that difficult to embed a LED into a camera, so it will perform two functions simultaneously. I wonder why no one has done it yet.

It's not a "cut out", it's a nice round tiny hole which I don't really mind.

Yes! This is way better than a notch!

                This is cool

Granted it's a computer render and not real life but it honestly doesn't look that bad for a mid Sub-flagship phone.
Not saying that I want that on the next S10 but it's not the end of the world.

I'd take the notch over the dead screen pixels design anytime.

Anyone who's had a screen dying on him should understand.

My nokia 6670 had a few clusters of dead pixels, took two weeks to get a replacement. this "cutout" is just a bad memory :(

LG Superfan, 21 Nov 2018I though A8s was supposed to have Infinity-U displayit would have been expensive and believe me you would have a lot of people complaining about the price, so its better like this!

That concept has the ugly Pie icons with Experience 9 UI. That's like having a whole Thanksgiving meal and only eat rotten tomatoes with leftovers from a week ago.

I did not expect to like that display. It shows more realistic content on the screen. Hope that Samsung has the option to hide it while gaming or watching stuff that requires that part of the screen because that would be a downfall.
