Took Android and Ios multiple releases (their inital versions were crap and very limited) to be as stable and good as bada was from the first release !
Shame about the slow quality app releases and that they only updated twice in two years....

@Abhijit: I am posting my feedback after using wave ii for last 40 days. This phone has delivered more than my expectations. No issues observed till date. I will definitely recommend wave 3 for future smartphone aspirants.

Bada is a good simple os although an Android knock-off. It has lots of functions built in so you don't need to get an app for each function. It is overall a better os than WP7 Mango. Bada's weak point is that developers have practically abandoned Bada due to mismanagement by Samsung. Use loyalty to Bada is also very low as Samsung has been very tardy with os updates. Bada 1.2, a maintenance update was released in Europe in Jan 2011 and took 8 months to roll out in all countries. Users have never forgiven Samsung for this.
Wave 3 will have to look for new users. Most Bada users have gone or are planning to go to other os and they aren't coming back.

how come this phone specs is exactly same with iphone 5 rumour specs. i am sure apply will take action and ban this phone.

I will like to see some survey abt retention rate amongst bada users. Like how many those using a wave 1/2, will like to buy wave 3/4. I would be surprised if the count goes to even 15-20%.
In short, wave 3 will only find new users. Those who have already used bada once, will not give it a damn thought. Waste.
(Wave ii owner. Wave definitely is good. But bada OS is dumb. More than dumb.)

My wave has been solid, never gave me any errors etc. As a phone its exceptional, lack of mainstream apps is its only problem for some. I personally use my phone as a phone so i'm happy.Bada battery life is great too unlike some mobile OS's!Build quality is fantastic.If you cant live without the apps you use for ten minutes then uninstall Bada at the moment is not for you.

I guess if you choose to be on the negative side we understand and should respect that, it is unfortunate that your bada experience didnt live up to your expectations
but just to be fair, let other people who find bada as an okay experience stay enthusiastic as we can be...

Don't get too excited, it will all end in tears.....
This will be a back-up phone for me to watch vids and keep my contacts etc. I see no advantage in v2.x I'm afraid, it's nothing more than a make-over to become more 'Android-like' and suck in hopeful first time buyers.
Sorry to be negative, but it is built on my Bada experience so far.

The BIG question is.....
....what about the VOIP?
Bada never supported it and Samsung continues to lie to us Wave users about it coming soon.
BS Samsung, you missed your chance with me and many others, I'm buying different platform next month. Shameful waste......, Bada had the guts of a great OS to take on the big boys......BLAH!!!!!
You just couldn't be bothered even after millions backed you up with the great Wave handsets.
