    I take a look on any sources, Pixel 3 Lite will start at 650 bucks for base model. I don't know if that's true but not impossible to have such that price.

          This is the price of a Hong Kong import, not a US retailer's, so compare it with what a Pixel 3 Lite imported from Hong Kong would be : $350 vs $650. You're being disingenuous on purpose.

            Google marketing would need be full retard to price this midranger over 500 dollars. Even samsung is not that overpriced hardware and they will sure give google run for its money if this cheap pixel is too expensive for the market it is competing in.

                I wish Google and Co made this lite model a 16:9 aspect ratio device with a 5.8"-- 6.0" screen.
                Some OEM needs to show the 16:9AR screens some love. OK there is the Razer phone 2 but a bigger 6+'' screen phone with slimmer or no bezels will be nice. Top specs, a bigger 4000+mAh battery, and a good camera will be a must as well.

                    Samsung phone with $650 = 128GB with expandable storage, IP68, SD845, 2K with HDR enabled and metal/glass finish.

                    I'm comparing with S9+.

                      Disappointing if it's in specific markets and only 32/64 GB options. I need 128 GB at least. My $224 Essential already offers 128 GB. Why can't a cheaper Pixel 3 do that?

                        Well... Pixel 3 is already a 'Lite' phone compared to other flagships!

                            The ONLY advantage this phone has over those two is camera software processing, but anyone can easily use a gcam port on either one of those phones & get identical photos.

                            The only way this phone would be a recommendable purchase is if it was priced around $300-$400...
