Walter C. Dornez, 29 Nov 2018Indeed. And seeing as how companies are making their own fo... moreAgree thus we have a Pocophone F1 for example.
Phone with No add ons for no extra price and with the best possible CPU and a GPU because we cant satify gazzilionns of people and not everybody would like to have or use or pay for (i mean to ahve in phone) Jack. SD Slot. IP67 or IP68, MILD STD, Bixby, Extra features, underdisplay finger print, face scanner, curved screen, amoled instead of LCD, dual batteries, more cameras, custom UI, extra protection gorilla glass, extra security, more ram than is enough, more disk space etc etc. There is tons of features and not everybody wants them or have to pay for them even if he will not use them.
In this case Poco wins over the competition by a dozens of miles.

But to be exact. If a startup project has to come. I would like to see a phone which we i mean basic audience, public and ordinary people can setup by its own.
Like a lego or transformers :-)
Whole basic will be for basic price and then we can attach or add on any of above to have a completely custom phone.
This is what i want to see.
A phone which will be always different and noone will be genuinely same.
Because we can put own ideas and thoughts to create our most desired dream phone.

I hope i was clear and anybody who read this will understand.
Only thing is Poco cant have any extra apart from paying 10 more for a carbon back.
But a custom made phone for everybody would be an idea worth of any effort and it will satisfy anyone.

One must stake really high if he believes people or public, audience etc will like the whole new concept and idea without even asking if they want it or no.
And even if audience agrees the final product can fail big time thus gazzilions are spent in vain.
Well everything have its price but the only problem here is the customer will always pay this price or is charged up high.
In that case i am glad there exist some start up projects where money are collected via sponsoring and then a projects which have a chance to succeed are made.

AnonD-731363, 28 Nov 2018But it was something and that somthing is better than nothing. Exactly. Both should be given credit, one for coming up with the idea and one for materializing it

Kryocerra back in 2011 or 2013 or somewhere between made the first foldable phone but it hasnt succeeded.
Problem is people either werent interested in foldable phones or Kryocera is not an remarkable brand.

To the new point. 4 companies since now said they are making a foldable phones. Samsung were first. Samsung is remarkable brand and thus people woulld buy but Kryocera had a price tag of 400 Samsung have a price tag of 2500.

So to my decision and final thoughts foldable phone would have a chance for an affordable price. But right here and right now it will be like a phone made from that russian company which sells only exquisite or Vertu. Out of million people maybe 10 would buy and as i know people because i work for people for more than a 15 years i can honestly say they will be afraid of huge price and try to have or use something tottaly new which is foldable / bendable touch phone.

Then why apple Sales goes from 5 to 1 or Samsung is every year worse and worse?
Since S4 maybe S5 every new upcoming flagship is less and less interesting for public and less and less people are willing to buy.
Apple phones are same. Thus we have a war between USA and a Huawei.

At first companies should ask people what they want and what to research.
Consumers are most important because if they dont want to buy then there is no reason to research such a thing.
