Sorry, I really like to nitpick. The iPhone X series is the true all-screen design if we disregard the notch. If 3 sides are bezelless except one, it's a tri-bezelless design like the Xiaomi Mi Mix series. Oppo Find X to me is still tri-bezelless because of that chin disparity.

The 'chin' on the Find X is almost as slim as the 'uniform bezel' on the iPhone X, and it's thinner than the XR's. They've made the side bezels much thinner, giving the impression that the chin is larger than it actually is.

I was disputing the point they made which said Apple was the only manufacturer bending the bottom of the OLED screen back in on itself to reduce the chin. Oppo has done it. Research what we're talking about before commenting please. I'm not talking about the Samsung like curved screen edges.

All these announces and availability is zero. I couldn't find 16X in my country 2 months after it has been released. That's why Samsung sells so much - its phones could be bought everywhere, without waiting 6 months for some "batch".

But apple bends the display underneath to remove the chin which is quite expensive to do... around 170-200$. So most of the companies are ignoring it.

They could have made them equally thick as the bottom, but what's the point of that? iPhone x(s) looks like a joke. Trying to look bezel less, but with massive bezels and huge notch.

Find X clearly has a chin and its slightly bigger than the top, although not as big as others. The edges are curved giving the impression that there aren't bezels on the sides.
What Apple did is made the bezels the same all over except for the notch. The screen is flat so it looks uniformed. So many phones are curving the edges to give the illusion its bezel less on the sides.

I dont believe this concept for a second. Apple was the only company to create a chin-less phone and probably will be the only one to have done this for a long time. Not even the new samsung will be able compete.

Love the Community, 27 Nov 2018At first glance, it seems Meizu has figured out another way... moreApple is NOT the only manufacturer that has bent the bottom of its screens back inwards to reduce the bottom bezel. OPPO did it with the OPPO Find X; they called the process "COP Flexible Screen Packing". Search it up if you want, also they talk about it in the original reveal event at the Louvre, there's a livestream of it on YouTube.
