Dude wtf are you talking about there?You are not a power user...wtf is a phone power user?Tell me you do 3dstudio max on your phone?You do mathcad mathlab wtf...you simply text call,play some games and use some apps adobe and maybe some office...If you wanna be a fanboy fine...But dont hate on others if ppl wanna buy 1,5k phones than they should with no comments from others the likes of you...also if ppl wanna buy 1mil dollar car they can if they got the money...The reason you hate is cuz in 2 years samsung is gonna make out of your s9 power user...creap user cuz no more updates...I used phone android and os and all the above mention by you...tho a log time ago...And I can tell you 1 ring tone dont make a phone better the fact that iOS is closed is cuz apple are cheap basterds and wanna squize all the money they can from you but than again with no risk...Also apps that runs on iOS run smoother and mostly faster for a long time...You the "power user" should know best this on the long run apple stay sharp over 3-4 years with no lag issues(since apple dont slow down the cpu anymore)so please dont troll ppl think your a smarthass cuz you use the term power use and give 2-3 technical terms each and there...

If your gonna drive at 30 ... on a car that can do 300 (Basically what 90% Apple users do).. Then you are wasting Money. You don't need a car that can do 300. Secondly, Well.. The bugatti atlest has Doors, The Apple ecosystem has none, It takes 5 Seconds to get a new Ringtone on My Mobile... It takes over a Minute to get it on My Wive's iPhone(and a Computer) if it's not from iTunes store.
You still wanna TALK...
Cos I am all ears... And have tried BOTH ecosystems.. Actually a Lot of ecosystems.
I have used Windows Phone, Windows Mobile, Firefox OS, Ubuntu on Mobile... Kai OS... Symbian, Palm, Web OS and Blackberry (Older & OS 10 both).
The truth is... IF... You are a power user, Nothing beats Android. Else... Better Use Apple cos it's a lot easier... And you can't mess it up. Cos it doesnt allow you to.
In Android Though... SKY is the limit... with what you can do in terms of customization.
Windows Mobile 8 was a good trade off... Between the 2 worlds, unfortunately, it never caught on. It was a nice OS.

I see some people are kicking Apple as they can. But lets be honest, who inteoduced something exrraordinary in the last few years? Not many companies. Apple is honing their advertisment skills closely followed by Samsung, but none of them actually throw in somerhing surprising. The last few things that did sound amazing is fingerscanner in the screen(no samsung or apple) or full front screen phone without some cut out. Samsung is better in this regards, but they took some time.
And ni, folding screen phones aren't exciting for me, not in the way currently presented. But that is for a long run i bet...

If Qualcomm came out with a fantastic new antenna design, they could patent it and charge whatever they wanted to license it. Because no one would be *required* to license it. This case couldn't be further from that.

Apple are thieves. They do the same to Ericsson, by denying to pay royalties even if they are using their radio technology patents.
And this: "Perhaps with its declining iPhone sales, Apple can’t afford not to be part of the 5G race"
What? "can't afford"? It's Apple, the company that sells $200 phones for $800 and who now have hundreds of billions of dollars in cash. They can afford all the royalties they are being asked to pay, but they are cheap thieves and won't pay.

I think it will be better if Qualcomm , Samsung or LG will not supply any components to Apple so that company will be closed.

Bewildered , 29 Nov 2018Even though Qualcomm is superior to Intel for mind boggling... moreOne only needs to read your posted comment to realize that Qualcomm hiring of the firm "Definers" did a great job of "muddying the waters" like their Ceo's said when asked a few weeks ago about Facebook. For those of you not following this, Qualcomm hired "Definers" the same firm Facebook hired to spread fake news about Google, Apple and others in defense of facebook after the Russia stuff came out.
Qualcomm hired definers to do exactly that for them towards Apple. It's no wonder one saw all those attacks towards Apple. It's crazy to think how much money Definers were making going after Apple. Both Facebook and Qualcomm were paying them to spread fake news about Apple. One of them is that accusation which by the way they have yet to provide any proof. Qualcomm is going to lose this case which is why they are pulling such stunt. I don't see Apple settling this, unless they get all those things they are after.

IMO Apple seems to have wanted to bully Qualcomm into reducing prices as this was cutting into Apple's double digit mark-up
Apple somehow managed to email Intel Qualcomms SoC blueprints as if to give Intel how to build a copy Qualcomm SoC so supply Apple Soc at a lower price
One of Qualcomm suits was Apple sending Intel (attachment) this confidential information
In short if Intel could deliver SoC cheaper, this case would proceed, Intel can't supply anybody with Qualcomm patented information

If qualcomm and apple wont make an agreement apple will go down a lot faster.
Since Jobs is gone apple lost all the people which could use some brain cells to generate new fresh ideas and profit.
Now they are nothing else just a scorching fire which will extinct on rain of 5G technology.

I dont think Lack of 5G will effect Apple Sales at All... I mean, Most of Apple Fanboys can't just read specs, Cos if that were the case, there would have been no Apple, Or atleast, not at these prices.
Mind you, Apple under steve jobs was the most innovative company, But it seems, we not just lost Jobs, but also the creativity in Apple products.
Currently, Apple devices are not worth the premium that they are charging.
