Not surprising. If you think of China, the first thing you think of is stealing and copying.
The Chinese have been stealing everything under the sun for 40 years from everyone. We've been too nice for far too long letting them do this constantly.

They're trying to make a foldable screen for Huawei
Their tech isn't as advanced as Samsung

Samsungs oled panels are not anything special & certainly not sought out by all. As a matter of fact LG panels are used far more in the industry than Samsung.

In all fairness, Samsung are not wrong here. Sue them, don't let them go Samsung! Couple of years in the prison and they will get time to think why they shouldn't do so.
Instead of competing on their own development, these guys are stealing other's efforts & intellectual rights.

You do however get the best tech, with Samsung No 4 in the R&D spend worldwide. If sales fall dramatically due to people buying cheaper Chinese phones then it could spell the end of future tech advances as Samsung and other OEM's will think there is no point spending vast sums developing new technologies when they are quickly stolen.

I'll let you piece it together. Either way, it's up to Samsung to sort this out with whoever they employee to get these contractors.
