EMUI 9 arrives to Chinese Huawei P20-series

Mate 20 pro with EMUI 9 is still not yet launched properly in Asian markets, so how could huawei send EMUI 9 updates to its p20 & p20 pro users before mate 20 pro arrivel in Asia ???
Im a P20 pro user i think i have to wait till the end of December or inthe start of, January

I have p10 and also got GPU turbo amd October patch. Official roll out of Android Pie and EMUI 9 is April 2019
