My ninsense is right and you cant prove i am wrong.
Because if you can you would did it already.
So LG fan boy stick to your expensive phone worth maybe 200 bucks no more and enjoy it while you can.
Many chinese companies long ago proven they are on par with any nonchinese or even better in case of Xiaomi and Huawei.

I hope you realize spewing nonsense like this ensures nobody is taking you serious, which however is a good thing.

Save your money. Stay away from LG. LG is a dying smartphone brand. The worst software update support even in flagship phones and it is bound to get a lot worse. LG has already pulled out all its smartphone models in my area. Unless you don't care about NOT RECEIVING any major or even minor android software update at all, (even once like what LG did with the international models of the V20, V30, etc.), forget LG. It has nothing anymore that makes it unique/special other than its the only flagship phone manufacturer that never updates its international, carrier unlocked flagship phones from the V20 onwards.

As a headphone audiophile who does not want to carry around a separate headphone amplifier I am getting the V40 when it arrives in Europe. This whole "no headphone jack" nonsense has got to stop. It's not that it has to be a 3.5 mm headphone jack, I'd be fine with any other port if it came with a built in amp and dac with decent quality.

Many brands today use dolby atmos and they are equal with your LG.
Even my girlfriend current Lenovo Vive X3 use dolby atmos with stereo speakers and offers outstanding sound. And we speaking about 3 years old phone compared to your LG flagship of today.

Oh dear! A bit late to the party....not sure the V40 is still relevant given what has gone on since the announcement back in October....6T, Pixel 3/XL, Mate 20 Pro...! A very crowded space, indeed.

Not knowing that makes you look like you have no clue what you're talking about. Also, despite the somewhat average sized batteries on the V30/40 series, they deliver pretty solid battery life due to kernel scheduler tweaks and software optimizations/lack of too much bloat. 5-6 hours SoT is possible for a reckless Android user, 9-10 hours for a user who knows what he/she's doing.

Jase PM, 04 Dec 2018Mediocre quality in what way?All ways.
In every aspect a competitors flagship is better.
Bigger battery better screen, better sound, faster more reliable, faster charging etc.
The only thing which makes difference is MIL-STD 810G othervise some of their flagships have nothing to impress.

Is it also going to have screen ghosting?
Is LG going to forget about v40 as soon as they start a next model production?
                    The price?

"The EUR string deffinitely means Europe will finally get a V-series smartphone." The G-serie was not their flagship, so happy the V-Serie finally comes to Europe. Oh wait how about the LG V10 or V30 xDD

A new model and new firmware? It's most definitely not Android Pie and most definitely not the latest December security patch...what a joke and embarrassment from LG year after year...

I think they should merge with HTC but all the decisions they keep making are making them flop and they're always surprised why they have no sales...

LG releases like 4 different flagships per year and to be honest all are mediocre quality at most. So many people lost its interest.
