The game store is a good option. But a better solution for novice developers is the offer of hand-held games, for example, thanks to the appropriate video game marketing agency

I'm sure developers will be happier with the share of the profits Epic is asking for but they won't be as happy when they notice how little their games sell here compared to Steam.

Steam ain't perfect, but it's not going away.

      Epic can suck it..

Their store is trash. I deleted my profile and good thing I did. No more spam mails of someone trying to hack my account each week.

Also they ditched ut2017, another nail in the coffin.

All that's left there is Battleroyale bs, no tnx.

Won't be successful. Steam has become synonymous with PC gaming. No newcoming competitor will find much success unless they could offer something that Steam isn't offering. Steam is very successful for a reason... They're listening to their customers and keeping them happy, so they'll keep reining until they change their business strategy.

I already have that Epic Games store where I got Shadow Complex Remastered for free. I didn't use it for 2 years and I'm too late for the trend that is Fortnite.

would be nice to have a game store where you buy a game, and thats it.. no searching and looking for ones that want more and more money from you, or pile on the adds

12 % is very reasonable actually. And could turn tides in favour of Epic since it is a big developer!
