Bezels will get us phones as big as airstrips. They are already half unusable with how big they are and you want to make them even bigger?
The solution was/is already found a tiny teardrop notch on top. It affects nothing important (literally is the middle of the notification bar that nothing happens) nor does it look half bad than what fanboys say. Plus it allow for phones to be phablet sized instead of going full Godzilla (w bezels).

In my opinion, bezels like on the S8/S9 are just fine. No need for unsightly notches and these new camera cutouts are plain stupid.
