Motorola Z2 Force: Not yet! Expected Q4 2018
Motorola G5 Plus: Not planned.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 2: Not yet! ETA Q4 2018
Xiaomi Mi 6: Not Yet! ETA Q1 2019
Xiaomi Redmi 5: Never

Huawei Mate 10: Rolled out November 24th.
Huawei P10: I think late November? Hard to get exact dates.

Nokia 8: Pie beta released December 11th.

LG G7: Since this is part of the Android One project, it got Pie on November 11th.
LG V30: Not yet! Exected Q1 2019

Samsung Galaxy S8 / S8+: Not yet! The 2018 phones are just now getting the Pie update.

Sony XZ1: Upgraded to Pie on November 11th

So I wouldn't say OnePlus' Pie rollout for their 2017 flagships is "delayed quite a bit". Appears to be slightly ahead of the pack.
